It is always a bit of a gamble to order from somebody new on-line. The verbal description of "ex-display" Model the table-top freezer with "minor scratches" on the door appeared to be false when the e-mail confirming the order spoke of dents on sides and top. A further 'phone call suggested that the "dents" were "insignificant" Delivered by their own transport, with just a clear polythene cover, I was able to examine the item before it was offloaded.Kingdom Appliances are as good as their word.

I purchased an oven from yourselves on 11/07/2011 at approx 3pm by 7.45am 13/07/2011 I had received my oven. It states in the description of the product that it has minor scratches on the operating panel and I can't see any at all. Well worth the money. I would recommend this company to everyone. Excellent service.

Was worried to buy 'unseen' and damaged but the low prices convinced me, I ordered 7 items as having my kitchen replaced they were delivered this morning and although not fitted yet I can confirm that the condition is excellent and the 'damage' really is hardly noticable- Thank you will definately recommend you.

bought zanussi cooker, this was a graded appliance described as having slight scratches and scuff marks. we were a bit worried about purchase as had never heard of kingdom before. However we were absolutely thriled with the cooker, had to peer extremely closely to see tiny scratch. good as new. driver gave time to inspect 10/10

With a price challenge set at the beginning Kingdom gave me express delivery free as they were doing delivery in the same area. If only all high street companies were as good as this.
